Derek Fillis, Colorado Certified General Appraiser
Derek joined Blake and Associates in 2020 and has previously worked for PB&T Bank as a credit analyst and appraisal coordinator where he completed real estate market analysis, evaluations, reviews, and mediated conversations between appraisers and loan officers. Derek has lived in Colorado since 2000 and is an alumnus of Colorado State University - Pueblo where he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Derek enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing, and seeing new things.
