Benjamin Blake Davidson, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS (Ben) is the founder, owner, and managing director of Blake & Associates, LLC. Appraising since 1997, he holds a Certified General Appraisers license within the states of Colorado & Wyoming. He holds the MAI (Commercial), SRA (Residential), AI-GRS & AI-RRS (Review) designations from the Appraisal Institute. Ben is an Eastern Kentucky University graduate holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. He actively works within the Appraisal Institute through many local, regional, and national appointments and was previously appointed the 2019 Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute President. Ben is also an approved instructor with the Appraisal Institute, teaching often with the Colorado chapter in Denver.
